Cannot recommend this firm enough....we hired a piece of equipment which worked beautifully except for the mugs using it! Called Matt and instead of the usual "all care no responsibility attitude" you get from hire firms, he came after hours to get us out of bother and was so helpful. It's service you just don't get anymore!
